  One of the most beautiful 'plaza de recreo' of Puerto Rico surrounded by good local businesses and warm people. One downsize that should be addressed is the homeless people harrasing you about money. Otherwise, a nice place to be.

  The plaza should be for tranquility hangout and social gathering not for exposure of political and religious views obligating others to see/listen.
