  I was in PR on my vacation and my family and I went to Ponderosa. Is our tradition to go to eat in Ponderosa because we love the food there. On July 16 , I ordered a Bake potato with broccoli and cheese. When I was eating it, I started feeling in my mouth something really hard while I was eating the potato. I got some of it out of my mouth and was white color like porcelain material. I called the waitress immediately to show what I found and then the manager came to my table to talk to me. Inside the potato there was more white particles. I filled out an accident report paperwork because someone supposed to contact me and I'm still waiting for someone to care about what happened to me at this restaurant. I'm very worried for my health because I swallowed some of that white hard material that I found in the potato. I don't know how long I have to wait to hear from Ponderosa team. I'm very disappointed with your Customer Service and because nobody has contacted me yet I'm letting you guys know about my horrible experience at Ponderosa.
