  Ponderosa is one of those restaurants that should die already. Great service but terrible sub-par food that gets worse with every visit. Portions are small while the check is big, ordered the mashed potatoes with bacon and cheese and the bacon was undercooked. How does one undercook bacon? I want to go back in time and slap myself for deciding to eat here.

  I asked for the lunch Chicken strips...but whst I got was chicken pieces that kinda looked like a flst bonekess, tasteless piece of something....They WERE NOT CHICKEN STRIPS...Anyway...it was not what was advertised....plus they never have any freaking garlic or hot bread......The Chili soups was exactly that!...No meat....just broth and beans!.......,Ive decided NEVER TO GO BACK!.....OH....AND MY PREGNANT WAITRESS MUST HAVE GONE TO DELIVER HER CHILD....CAUSE ONCE SHE SERVED MY CHICKEN SURPRISE,...... BABY DISSAPEARD FOR GOOD!......I HOPE SHE HAD TWINS!!

  Steak tasted great... but not so impressed with the salad bar. Overall pretty good though. Waitstaff is nice and they accommodated for our subpar Spanish speaking skills.

  Muy rico cuando todo esta fresco y caliente eso sucede en laa horas de almuerzo y para la cena pero fuera de esas horas no es lo mismo.

  Visited on Sunday, place look deteriorated, not enough dishes, cutlery and glasses, you have to wait for a long time to have them ready for you.
