::In the past few weeks the service experiences have been "horrible" a "disaster". They do not have quality care or humanity leaving in long waits to be able to carry out commercial transactions in my case. Putting at risk for such a long wait on the outskirts of the Bayamón Oeste branch. Please ask management for prompt action on this matter as it is understood that we are in a health situation but we do not stop being human beings and clients.
