  This place was excellent! Very clean. Beds were comfortable and ac in the rooms. For the money you cannot beat this placed.

  Buena ubicacion y muy tranquilo. Estaria bueno que brindaran lo básico de desayuno:leche,cafe,pan,dulce y manteca. La intalacion muy comoda y limpia. La cocina comedor hermosa!

  Nice clean apartment and plenty of cooking equipment in the kitchen. However, with all the great restaurants within 1-2 blocks of the apartment, we did not end up cooking much! Just a few blocks walk to a good beach access. There is good AC in the bedroom and good fan in the main area. We had four people with us so it was a bit tight as the kitchen and sitting area are not that large. But it was definitely sufficient.

  It was a really nice apartment in a very quaint neighborhood. San Juan is very hot and humid so the AC in the bedroom was nice. The apartments don't have windows that open or close, but glass shutters instead. I would suggest buying some OFF and citronella candles for all the mosquitos that come out at night. Also, lots of cats everywhere you go on the island.

  Only stayed for one night, but it was very homey and peaceful. The location is less than a 5 minute walk to Calle Loiza, which is filled with plenty of shops. It’s also about a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The neighborhood feels very safe and the atmosphere is wonderful. The owners went above and beyond. From helping us with a lot of luggage to returning to the Airport after having been dropped off when we had to leave behind some items. It meant so much to us and are forever grateful. Definitely recommend this place!
