  The people were nice enough but my problem is with there lack of communication and follow up. My car was scheduled to be picked up on a certain day and I was told someone would be in contact when we got closer to the pick up date. The day of the pickup, no one reached out. I waited til the end of the day then decided to call to see what was going on. No one was available and I left a message in addition to chatting with someone on their online platform. I was assured that someone would call me back the following day but again the same thing happened. I waited till the end of the day, again, and then called and left another message. The following day I still haven’t received a call back, a text message, an email, smoke signals, telepathy or anything else that would indicate that they tried to contact me. At this point I figured they forgot about me or just didn’t care. I contacted another company by the name of the autostar transport and they were able to accommodate me immediately and were very responsive and professional. When I contacted Puerto Rico car transport (as a courtesy) l to cancel, I didn’t receive so much as an apology or an explanation.

  They never pick up the phone. Their customer service is horrible. They neglected to provide important information (like if you car isn't paid off, and you have to get a letter from your finance company giving you permission to ship the car, the letter MUST be notarized). Do yourself a favor and choose someone else.

  We used Puerto Rico Car Transport for our second vehicle after running into expensive problems with another company. PR car transport was quick to respond and gave us a detailed schedule in writing and stuck with that schedule. It was picked up from a relative's house in the states and delivered to San Juan on time with no hassles. We still have two motorcycles to transport and I will be contacting PR car transport again.

  Do Not Use This Company - They are Clueless ! The only process that they were fast was to estimate and charge for the service. This will be the last time you will hear from the company’s representative. They do not respond to their phone or email. My car was picked up 2 days after the date provided by PR Transport. Because I could not reach the representative, I called the phone number and used the chat provided in their web page. The the only information provided was “they did not know where the driver was… “ No accountabiiity ! I insisted so much that the driver’s company called me and then I finalized the process to pick up my car. Based on their page… they have a 24/7 service to track your car. NOT True! It is not updated! I found out that my car was delayed for a month when I called Crowley directly. Crowley was the one that kept me updated on the shippping date and helped me complete the documentation to pick up my car.

  Very unprofessional company!!. They gave me a date on when my car would get delivered and it didn't. 5 days later and I still don't have my car. What is worst, they don't even have the decency to call and let me know where my car is. I called them early the day my car was supposed to arrive to make sure, I got a very dismissive person saying yeah it will get there today. I tried getting a hold of them, it was impossible, today finally my call went through, and I get a "let me find out where it is".
