My worst experience in a hospital, here they give us zero details of the status of my 3-month-old baby. They made him a plaque from 1:00 pm and still 6 hours later I know absolutely nothing. The doctor has not passed at any time and the nurse who happened did not know whether or not it was my son's antibiotic because the other nurse never set the time that I administered it. Anyway, never bring your child here. Take him to San Jorge if he is from the metro area and if not the Manatí Medical Center Hospital.

Terrible service, my girl came in with a fever, dizziness and nausea, I filled out a paper, the nurse placed me in a room alone, I stayed waiting for them to call her for triage to take her temperature and everything and they never called her. I got up and asked to speak to a nurse and As she was changing, I waited another hour and got up and said that I was busy I'll tell them that the hospital was empty I see a mother come in with a baby after waiting for another hour the mother gets up and leaves very annoyed, informing me that she was there From 12 noon I asked the nurse about when it was my turn and she said that she had not attended me and that I did not fill out my paper I explained to her that if and where they placed me with my daughter with a very bad fever, who is so many hours in a waiting room for an hour triage not really bad

Terrible service SUPER SLOWS are not PRO children. It is not a safe hospital for children I brought my son with chest pain and it took 7 hours and they did not resolve. It is a danger to unitilize this hospital DR. And personal are very bad attitude.

The solar project provided after hurricane Maria for clean power is gone. Large generators burning dirty fuel will be running here every time there is a power interruption. That happens regularly in Puerto Rico. The First question the hospital asks upon admiting patients here is what religion they are.
