::This is what remains of the only community medical facility (Dispensario) that existed in Real Anon since before the 70's where people could go to see a doctor and or a nurse for free health care and or vaccinations and prescriptions. The updated photo with the flag shows the damage done to the tin roof by Hurricane Maria on September 20, 2017. The tin roof blew away; you can see a piece of it hanging on the tree nearby.
