  When I arrived at la plácita I knew I wanted to eat something authentic but didn't know where to go so my gut feeling lead me to Boronia and boy was I so glad I went there!!! Original I just wanted arroz con gandules and a pastelillo so I asked the lady for just that and she told me she had something similar to a pastelillo but that it was exactly one so right from the start I was turned off then my food came and it looked great but I was still not convinced but long behold I gave it a try and I was so thrilled. That was the best food I've had probably in all my life (not even exaggerating) sadly that day was my last day in PR and when I got back to the states all I could think about was that great meal. I wish they had that here but they don't. I'll try to post pics of the meal you have to try it!

  Service was good food was not, I ordered chuletas kan kan super bland, the rice was super oily and the beans where to salty to eat. My friend ordered the seafood salad which barley had any seafood in it and also was to oily to enjoy.

  Precios razonables, deliciosa comida y excelente servicio. El queso frito con salsa de guayaba es una muy buena entrada!

  So enjoyable! The staff is so attentive and accommodating. The food is delicious. We order "surullitos de maiz", "mini alcapurrias", "mofongo", pork, fish, churrasco and other things. Everything was delish! I had a tamarind mojito, omg!!! Awesome place!
