  I came to pay off my debt and the employees did not want to help me, avoiding having to work as usual. They refused to make a payment, they are fine in Plaza del Sol. I had to go to scotiabank Betances where they helped me and I was able to pay and settle my debt.

  they do not answer the phone in the plaza, bad service
