  terrible. ordered 6 crews got 5. this is a big deal, because the fridge handle can't have only 1 side of the screw. after trying to prove to them for 2 months and with about 15 customer service representatives.....to avoid getting a heart attack....I had to pay again for 1 screw which cost me 11 dollars. they're impossible to prove to anything because they're so disorganized and customer unfriendly.
