::Servicio super pesimo....separe una lavadora y la salde...en diciembre....tuve q esperar mas de un mes me dieron 4 fechas y nunca tenian la lavadora disponible...de humacao baje varias veces...no tuve exito...termine yo buscandola en cupey luego de mes y medio horrible el servicio de los empleados...no vuelvo jamas a comprar em ese sears...decepcionada....no pasen a este sears no lo recomiendo....

::The worst customer service I've ever seen! I find myself going anywhere but this store if i need to buy something. Today I had to go because I needed a vacuum cleaner part only they sell. I found it on the shelf and went to the cash register to buy it. The cashier finished with the person in front of me then walked away! I thought she needed to put something back on the shelf but that wasn't the case. She just left and didn't come back! I looked all over the store to find a cash register but there was nobody around to use one anyway. I finally had to go to the customer service desk in the back of the store and ask if someone would sell me the part. This kind of thing happens every time I go there. Terrible Store!
