  If you want the best deal for you buck then Sixt is the way! Don’t expect amazingly fast service once you get there. And I may seem a bit sketchy driving through a neighborhood to get here. But all in all we expected exactly what we got based on what we paid. :) Shuttle was quick and efficient getting us to and from the airport. First getting the car took some time as the person may have been new. Drop off was quick and easy! We paid total after everything $150 for 7 days! :) Expect to pay more than you are quoted online once you arrive for tolls. This was fine for us as we drove east to west coast and back to San Juan. It was worth getting to speed through the tolls during our venturing! It is not located at the airport. But the drive to the rental location was fast and allowed us to see a bit of how driving was in PR before getting behind the wheel! Enjoy!

  We rented a vehicle for 5 days the agents Gabriela and Karina were very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was practically brand new with less than 1300 miles and very fuel efficient. Definitely will rent with them again. Thank you for your service

  Very very poor service! Had reservations that had to be cancelled to only be up charged by Darlene Valdez and tried to downgrade us to a smaller vehicle. Will not return to this place! Service to many leads to greatness and this is not good service period. Adios😌🔥💯✌🏻

  Rent with them on a monthly basis. Great service, and great vehicles! Highly recommended! Would love to see monthly rental rates available soon like in the U.S. -Jorge Rivera

  RENTERS BE AWARE!!! RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER IS THE SAME FOR ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS POSTED. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO WRITE BACK SOMETHING THOUGHTFUL OR UNIQUE. Through Auto Rental.com I was given an estimated amount of $154.68, the pre-tax rental cost was $83.28, taxes and fee's(?) was $71.40. Yet upon arriving to Sixt Car Rental Puerto Rico I was charged $194.52 a difference of $39.84. I was told that Road Assist was mandatory and was charged $35.88 then there was another charge of $3.48 that was identified as just "OTHER." Although I took a copy of my auto mobile policy showing that I had complete coverage and Road Assistance as well. But I was told that I still had to purchase it because it was mandatory. I strongly believe that this is a very deceptive type of practice and will not rent from Sixt again. All of the charges should have been disclosed on the auto rental web site. I went with your company based on the fact that I believed I would be paying $154.68 not $194.52. Unfortunately, you have me as a captive customer when I'm at the counter and there is very little that I can do at that time but pay your unexpected charges. I will be informing this information to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I will be giving a review on many of the different platforms on the internet to inform other customers of your deceptive practices. I would suggest that all prices be disclosed prior to making reservations on line to give a "TRUE and VALID COST OF RENTING YOUR VEHICLES."
