  USA utilities beware. I needed a set of steps remade for entering the back of a bucket truck. Local welders said $60 but they didn't take credit cards. Found steel and pipe. Paid $306 up front for step repair. Dropped off on a Monday was supposed to pick up on Wednesday. Stopped to pickup steps on Thursday. They didn't even start them and were hinting around about more money. I said I would take a refund since they didn't do anything in 3 days. They refused. I had to file a credit card dispute. Use at your own risk.
