  Te venden una oferta y te dicen que la factura va a venir de una cantidad y cuando la factura llega es el triple de lo que te dicen me siento bien decepcionado porque te mienten para vender y llevo llamando hace rato y tampoco contesta . No lo recomiendo Hay que llevarlos a Daco y llamar a Telemundo responde.

  Ridiculous, I'm here in San Juan and my wife's phone drowned. OK, no worries... We head over to TMobile wanting to spend what? $700 on a new Samsung but no.... No one is available to help us. No one, they have no one on the floor managing the demand. No one. I don't understand how the management of this location keeps thier job. As for me, I'll spend my money somewhere else.

  Engañan al cliente. Me hicieron las gestiones del reembolso al comprar una promocion en donde ellos no sabian q no cualificaba. Luego al regresar a reclamar, tras esperar toda la mañana y ellos pedirme los recibos para realizar el reembolso ni llamaron como indicaron y a nivel de la Oficina de reembolsos no han hecho nada mas q facturarme mensualmente demorandose para seguir cobrando todos los meses.

  When you're a new customer the service is great... Then, for any customer related matter, you have to wait and wait and wait and keep waiting in turn, hoping that a nice and happy staff member will be able to assist you.
