  The only company that is charging apart from the 1,000 of the voucher for the university students 200 and an additional 300 why? Ready all the other companies are charging for everything. Give an explanation for that additional charge. Rascals with merchant's permission. Please to the person who spoke to me on behalf of T-mobile, I think I speak to you in Spanish, it is disrespectful that I speak English, if you don't know Spanish, sorry for you.

  I've be dealing with hotspot dropping my connections in a intermitent way but constantly, since day one...call 2 times customer service, they told me to go to a store so they can help me...all the person did was connet her tablet to my hot spot for 5 minutes, she was not able to replicate the issue. They told me to come again if that happen again...I can't beleive it, got so mad...that just agree with my head and leave the store...wrong, wrong...
