::I initially brought my old man's 2005 Toyota Sienna for a full inspection. The engine was heating up pretty bad but I did pay for a full diagnosis. They took the car for several days Thursday drop off and picked up Saturday. Unfortunately, not much was communicated from Toyota. I was billed almost 500 bucks and all they did was fix the overheating issue but literally nothing else. So much for the full diagnostic I paid for. I recently drove the van myself and the breaks have to be pressed down hard to function. I don't understand how you pay for a full diagnostic and still don't get the service you pay for. Horrible service here, be wary.

::Terrible service. Made appointment for 2:30pm left at 5:45pm and nobody ever attended my vehicle. What are the appointments for? Had to cancel another appointment I had at 4:00pm because of this. My suggestion, don't come here for services. The wait is ridiculously long. If they're attending by appointments, then why schedule so many at the same time? If they're attending both by appointments and walk-ins, why accept all these walk-ins knowing its already packed? The coordination is not good at all. The other costumers around me waiting were also extremely frustrated for the excessive wait.
