::Poor customer service, I’m Puerto Rican speak good Spanish but understand English better. Asked for someone who spoke English so I can have a better experience because I was confused and three people told me to say what I had to say in Spanish eventhough I kept explaining the fact that I didn’t know how to plead my case in Spanish. Are native islanders actually racist against their own kind ?? Absolutely embarrassing
