  Don't even think, in to make business with this company. They debited a money to my credit card, supposedly, because the usage of toll roads in P.R; when I never used the toll roads during my 4 days trip. Customer service is horrific. Carlos approached me in the most irrespective way you can imagine to a customer. In two different occasion, I had to drive back to the company to change the cars because of different issues. Wasted time...

  I had a pretty decent experience with these guys on my recent trip to PR. After several other car rental companies dropped the ball (leaving me stranded at the airport), I was able to make a quick reservation and pick up my rental in about an hour. They also provided a shuttle to and from the airport.

  Terrible experience there. I called them went i arrived to the airport . The person at the office told me to go outside to take the van. They never show up. They let me at the Airport without transportation and closed the office two hour early. I try to find other car rental but everything was taken. The next day they don't want to give me the car. I stay all day at the office until finally they rented me one but they don't discounted the day I loss waiting for the car. Never rent from they again.

  No tuve ningún problema me dieron el preció al cual reservé excepto los tax de PR que no aparecen en la reservación, pero por lo demás rápido en el procesó y atentos, cargos por el seguro ninguno porque yo fui preparado y le deje mi id card de mi seguro de FL. Sólo pague por 6 días $122.00.
