::It is a bad service as long as it is supposed to be open it is not in what is service to send a 10/10 but receiving is horrible they always have music inside sometimes they take more than 40 minutes to give you a package and they close earlier than normal always They need to fix this

::Something is happening with the postal services in Gurabo. The letters and packages do not arrive . The other day one unknown person from other street came to my home and bring me a package that wrongly was left in her house. Thank for her honesty the package arrived to my hands but not all in Gurabo are so honest. I will write a formal complaint in the postal office

::I delivered a Priority package to NC with my granddaughter’s presents on Aug. 31. The receipt and tracker messages said it would be on time for her 8th birthday. Today —10 days later— the package is back to the postal office in Gurabo, PR.
