::USPS Guayama has a habit of not delivering packages on time as posted on the receipt plus the USPS tracking system says one thing now and afterwards says another thing. Also federal documents or letters are delivered to another address. COVID-19 is no excuse for being irresponsible.

::I have not managed in three days to be attended by a technician. I am not one of those who file claims in the system. What can I do to recover or know from my certified letter of October 21, that apparently someone signed it and I have not received, nor response to the documents I requested, or the green card that apparently one Luis Quetzada received. It is the second time that happens to me and this time I will follow up on this, because there was important information in the letter that is why I certified it.
