  Been here to pick up a check 5 times and have waited between 2 to 3 hrs each time still no luck.

  Good service but adjuster spoke little English pushed out of door without complaint number or inspection intake was great and problems were resolved

  I am very satisfied with Universal. I was a client of the same insurance agent (Eufemia Court and later Marie F Court Vazquez) for over 40 years and although the insurance company changed names several times during this period I always had an excellent service.
