  I am Impressed by Universal's organization, speed of processes and professionalism-not to mention the high level Covid safety protocol. I didn't have to wait, as I was immediately serviced by the friendly staff. The follow-up was fast and all online or called in. They really go out of their way to accommodate the customer. I recommend this insurance.

  Went to ask for orientation for car insurance. Really quick service. Very efficient and friendly staff. Everything took less than half hour. Found their price for my car insurance to be very competitive. The extra bonus on costumer service was their clean bathroom where I could change my baby and also nurse him in their lactation private room. Overall very happy with their service.
