  Very old and generally dirty, but the college student dorm-life you get to live there compensates for it.

  Students dorms aren't so clean as usual, it's an old building, but if you can't afford anything else it's good (they have Wi-Fi). As long as you don't mean sharing your room with 1 and the bathroom with a lot of people. Sharing a room can be a nightmare, specially if you don't like the person you're living with or they have very different sleep times, the silence, the noises, the people who come to your room, everything you must need to take in consideration before living with someone you don't know. But, you pay like $73 a year, you can't ask for too much.
