::They never deliver to my area, never call me for directions, and their client center hours are terrible. Only good thing they have is the veteran employee at the desk and the poor guy is often alone

::1:00pm-5:00pm Seriously? They don't have a registered active phone number on google, its disconnected. They also have communication issues and they don't deliver on time no matter how much you pay which defeats the purpose of a private service, might as well stick with free shipping on USPS cause the services here in PR suck at best.
