::As part of the staff of the Vélez Orthodontics assistants, I ensure the quality of service we provide to patients, and we have the required disinfection protocol between patients. And if we do some advance work, either because he left it in writing or because we know his way of working, it is always supervised and approved by the Dr. before the patient leaves the office. In waiting time for the patient to be seen in the clinic, the use of the mask is required at all times until they are seen. Safe environment, and the Dr. is very responsible, professional and very committed to his work and with his patients. 100% recommended!

::The service is lacking from the moment you walk into the office. The secretary (Jennifer or at least that's what I think her name is, she's a brunette with black hair) takes you to the experience of feeling in an underworld neighborhood. Instead of being in a medical office you feel like you are ordering award-winning brownies from the next block. They yell at each other (the staff) and divulge valuable and protected information, ignoring the standards and importance of HIPAA. The language spoken between the people at the Font Desk is inappropriate and puts valuable medical information such as the patient's health plan, demographic information and credit card information and how much money was paid towards the debt at risk. When you sit down and arrive at the treatment or intervention area, you will be sitting next to all the other patients and you will have a computer on your right hand with all your information and photos in the air, in view of everyone, without any protection and again violating the law HIPAA. As if all this was not enough, they never administer the treatment verbalized by Dr. Vélez since he, once he verbally orders the treatment, does not ensure compliance with it, leading to the fact that when you visit the place again, he thinks that you do not have the right equipment, rubbers etc. for an oversight of yours without asking the patient and investigating the reality of the matter, which is that the treatment that was ordered was never granted and for which the patient pays with great sacrifice. But, a person who does not know what they are doing is easier to deceive. The only good thing about all this is the care that Dr. Velez provides, but even the best human being loses quality when he tries to treat more patients than he can humanly. Despite the fact that they are full to capacity, that it takes MORE than a month to return to your appointment due to all the patients he has, he continues to recruit new patients thus affecting the quality of the service. So, if they take care of you and it passes more than a month (even if it is not your fault) they still charge you surcharges. It is a well thought out and calculated round business which only benefits the facility and feeds on the little salary of the patient. So, although I love the service and knowledge of Dr. Vélez, I have to provide this qualification because I understand that it is not quantity but quality, ensuring the comfort and safety of the patients you attend and above all ensuring that the treatment administered is taking place.

::Dr. Velez and Dr. Herrero make a great team! I had the opportunity to attend to both of them, and I was very pleased with their attention to detail and excellent service. Many thanks to Dr. Vélez, Dr. Herrero, and their great team for my new perfect smile!

::Excellent Doctor. Results 5 stars, years ago I treated him. Their "staff" is excellent and very polite. Much knowledge in the field, I recommend it. I will soon bring my partner. I remember how much you love cooking recipes. The best a hug.

::The experience today was horrible, I had not seen such vulgar and uncontrolled behavior in an office and less private. The receptionist was on her cell phone and the record was waiting there because she wanted to help us. It is very unprofessional and on top of that it gives us the role of the appointment reluctantly thrown in The counter and when I realize I wrote the date wrong and my son approaches her and without anyone saying anything to her from the counter with an attitude defiantly began to shout the office full and having children. I asked to speak with the Dr and 2 people including her just repeated that the Dr was busy with patients and was not going to attend me. What service? It is a pity that there are no people able to attend with sympathy and kindness.
