::Not what I expected at all. I waited 5 hours for a simple bandage change. I should have just waited until the next morning to go to any other vet. Expen$ive. I disregarded the reviews before I went but now I understand. I should have done it myself or waited until the morning. Oh well. If it’s your only option and you’re desperate then good luck!

::Was worried at first do to reviews, but there was no othee clinic open at that hour (night). Service was excellent, waiting time was about 3 hours but it was expected.

::Do your pet and yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place unless you absolutely HAVE to. Unfortunately I had to take my 12 week old puppy here for an emergency when all other clinics were closed. Because of the situation, I was unable to check their reviews beforehand. Now after having experienced this clinic firsthand I can assure you these reviews are spot-on, and more. The ethical standards here are abysmal. They will flat-out lie to your face about having “told you beforehand” in order to cover up their errors. I don’t have enough fingers to count the number of times they told me one thing and it was either not true or simply never happened. Their communication stinks. On top of routinely not calling you back or calling to update(like they said), their phone system has all sorts of problems. To compound the issue, the reception staff is SO rude, it’s beyond belief. Oh and if your dog needs certain medications (like pain medicine), you are supposed to come pick up a prescription, go get the medication, and then bring it back to them. Their compassion for animals seems forced, as well as many of the techs seemingly not understanding or not caring about your pet’s needs. There was one female doctor who actually seemed decent, until I realized she also suffered from low moral/ethical standards (lies after lies). They kept trying to give my gravely wounded puppy an anti-inflammatory drug instead of an actual pain killer. Then I found out the reason for denying him the medication (which they had already been giving him) was because I wouldn’t keep my dog there longer. They were willing to continue giving him the medication if I kept him there for 2 more days. The list of atrocities goes on. Then I see the owner on here giving the same tired excuse of “COVID-19” being the reason for all the negative reviews. Give me a break. Horrible.

::This is the absolute worst vet in the world. I’ve never seen anything like this. Incompetence, incompetence, incompetence. Complete lack of customer service. This place DOES NOT care about your pet. Run away from this place as fast as you can. Horrible and shameful.

::They are miracle workers my dog arrive almost dying after another dog bit him and they manege to save it. The cost is very reasonable epsecially for the surgery and post care compare to other vets in the island. God bless them would recommend to anyone.
