::They never answer the phone and the only time you see employees all over the store helping is when they have superiors visiting.

::The employees are lazy they did not help me at all. I wanted to buy a charger and I needed someone to assist me to buy and nobody came to help me but the most funny thing is that it said press the button for service and I did not have it. It bothered me so much when I went to look for help, the employees were bluffing but I told her about the bad service and she told me why she didn't look for me and I said to her, "You guys are fucking crazy, I'm going to have assistance." They are inept.
