::Bad customer service. When speaking of "rapid response persons" or "essential persons" for vaccination against COVI-19, federal employees also apply that we work with a larger population at the island level and that implies significant agglomeration. It is incredible that already with confirmation # and having an appointment for today 6/4/21 THEY DO NOT WANT TO VACCINATE ME, they are definitely NOT organized. The logistics to be used are on the floor, not even the manager on the floor (Javier Ortiz) knew the system to operate regarding vaccines. The saddest thing about this is that I lost the opportunity to get vaccinated at a vaccination fair in Arecibo because I met their scheduled “Walgreens” in Juana Diaz (which made me waste my TIME.) Definitely PR does it better! For me, Walgreens has one less customer.
