  The staff front desk is very rude and unfriendly! The resort is isolated and its very hard to get transportation! A ride to locate Stores round trip 60.00.The resort is beautiful nothing to do but rest. Maybe 6 channels to watch. Pools close at 7:00 after that its nothing else to do.Beach is not useable. Sea moss everywhere. No live entertainment. Most definitely not worth the money.. do not arrive before check in 4:00 or try to get an extended checkout they do not accommodate your needs. 2 stars for the beautiful island.

  We had very high hopes for this vacation. It was our honeymoon after getting married and having 2 little ones. We were excited and have heard wonderful things about Wyndham. We ended up being extremely disappointed. We paid a lot of money. And I mean A LOT of money for our 4 night stay. I’m not sure if the dehumidifier was broken or what but our room was always wet/ moist. Our bed and sheets were always damp and our walls dripping. The hot tub filter was not working so the water was constantly murky. The pizza area was never opened and one of the mixed drinks machine was not working. There was no maid service and when paying $1400 for a 4 night stay I expect 5 star service. I wish we never booked our trip here and were able to spend our money on a honeymoon that was worth it.

  GHETTO RESORT: IN NEED OF A REHAB. way overpriced.. Motel 6 is better! First off when we checked in we were given a paper notifying us that the next day there would be no water available 8am- 3pm, and they don’t have a water tank reserve. So no toilet usage or baths available. We where not charged fees for that day about $52.00. The room we received was horrible. The bathroom ceiling had peeling paint from a roof leak, the tub was painted white and had was peeling inside and out. It also had mold around the edges it had grab bars on the tub wall which had a long rust stain going down from it. Cracked tile to top it off. The doors bathroom & entry door was also peeling not the paint but wood veneer was cracked, & long strip pieces missing they just painted over it. Not to mention the walls had some drywall corner bead semi exposed and whoever painted the room rolled excess paint on the doors and others places and didn’t wipe it off.. The beach was not covered with foul smelling seaweed it carried a stench up to the hotel balcony. The pool bar had a large colony of black birds nesting in the rafters flying on the tables and pooping on the chairs. I saw the birds just landing on the dual slush machines constantly.

  The Resort is beautiful. But there were something that I didn't like.. The pool closed at 7 and there was a sign that said 10, The food in Oregano's was very good also.

  The pool is nice, but small. The bar closes early so watch for that. Beach is right by the hotel. Calm beach but no beach chairs, not really a beach to hang out on all day, but a good beach to walk a ways on. So if you want beach play, this may not be your spot. Parking was down the street from the hotel. Golfing is popular here. Golf carts are every where. Watch out for the drivers, especially if you rent bikes. They don't necessarily watch out for you! We rented bikes and rode around, but get back by dark. We almost got a little lost. (but, that could have been the rum too) On our bike ride, we saw a little marriage spot that looked nice. It was back on a little road that might have been marked "Authorized personnel only" but it was there. Room was perfect for all of us. Two bedrooms in our suite, 2 beds, a fold out sofa, and a connected bathroom with a toilet separate from the shower which is so much appreciated with 6 women! Problem is, we got double booked and it was a huge issue trying to get a refund. Days of having to call back, talk to different managers, calling corporate office, ect. Huge headache. All in all, a nice hotel, but not enough for a big 4 or 5 star with a small pool, bar closing at 4, a beach without beach chairs and double booking problems. I stayed in PR for a total of 5 weeks between 2 visits. I left reviews as often as I could remember between all the rum drinks I had 😅. Take my reviews as you will. I was traveling with one other mom and 4 teenage girls. We had A GREAT time.
