  The Best Gym in the San Juan area. Here people take care of each other. I ve been working out here for a over a year now and never suffered an injury following the coaches instructions and techniques. Put your effort into it and you will definitely surpass your targets. Spartan changed my life not just physically but also mentally. Push your limits, don’t be afraid, don’t just use the machines, become one.

  As one of the older members of the gym at 56 years old, I find myself in the best physical shape I've been in since my 20s when I was a professional volleyball player. I have been going here for a year for an average of 4 days a week. Though the trainings are of high intensity, they're creative and keep my PM group entertained, challenged, and working together. There's a great atmosphere of comradery. I recommend them 100%

  This box isn’t CrossFit affiliated, related, nor programs anywhere close to it. It advertises to be it however, it’s not. I was part of SpartanFit for about 3 months where I took the class, then followed it by some poor personal training where the coach couldn’t stop hitting on me. This place has all the equipment - I suggest going there only as an open gym, other than that, skip it. Go somewhere else. There used to be two coaches that were worth taking classes with - Richard and Joel, which both left their jobs. Yes, their price is just right but your body deserves a good program, trained coaches, and a good environment.
