I ve been working out here for a over a year now and never suffered an injury following the coaches instructions and techniques. Put your effort into it and you will definitely surpass your targets. ::As one of the older members of the gym at 56 years old, I find myself in the best physical shape I've been in since my 20s when I was a professional volleyball player. I have been going here for a year for an average of 4 days a week. Though the trainings are of high intensity, they're creative and keep my PM group entertained, challenged, and working together. There's a great atmosphere of comradery. I recommend them 100%

::This box isn’t CrossFit affiliated, related, nor programs anywhere close to it. It advertises to be it however, it’s not. I was part of SpartanFit for about 3 months where I took the class, then followed it by some poor personal training where the coach couldn’t stop hitting on me. This place has all the equipment - I suggest going there only as an open gym, other than that, skip it. Go somewhere else. There used to be two coaches that were worth taking classes with - Richard and Joel, which both left their jobs. Yes, their price is just right but your body deserves a good program, trained coaches, and a good environment.
