  Very sweet person and does very good finger coils. The hair products works well. The only complaint I have is that they have been late opening the store in the mornings and it gets crowded very quickly. I would highly suggest going in during the week. Update Jan 2020 the location of their Salon moved to Carolina. Super excited since it was closer to me. Received corn rows (wasnt the best, but it made due) she didnt trim the braids nor dip the ends. I was a bit upset. Tried to schedule another appointment 2 weeks later proved to be difficult for one they never answer the phone so decided to drive to the location during so called business hours. Got there and they were closed. That was my last attempt. I will not be going back.

  Worst experience. Stylist cannot braid. Stylist was over two hours late for appointment. Braids began unravelling after I left the salon. Had to put into a ponytail to keep from completely unravelling. Braids were cut many different lengths. Stylist rushed due to her arriving late and over booking herself. Called contact numbers and no response from the stylist. Does not know who to braid. Advertisements are very misleading. Took out the braids as they were the worst braids that have ever been installed. I get my hair done monthly. Never have I had such an awful experience.

  Do I recommend: NO 😡 Results: T R A G I C 🤮🤮🤮 Price: $150 (Get your cousin to braid your hair sis) Been here before?: Yes, for box braids, but I should’ve learned from that experience to not come back. How long I kept it in: 3 days Came here on a Saturday with a friend I recommended this place to. She paid $60 for them to braid her 3B hair. Our appointment was at 3 pm but we were not seen until 5 pm and I understand that there was only one girl but don’t schedule us with other clients... The girl gave her my requested hairstyle on accident and by the time it was my turn, it was time for them to close. I requested cornrows w/ design, added hair and color. I come back on Monday at 3 pm, she was an hour late but I’ll give her that she was picking up her kids. She put in the color (She told me it had no bleach but it did) preceded to burn the life out of my hair and did the horrible job you see in the pictures. She didn’t finish the ends and mentioned “I could finish them if I wanted to.” I had mentioned multiple times to split up the big braid but she repeatedly told me that she didn’t leave enough hair at the back of my head to do that. My hair is damaged and my head has tension scabs from the braids. I still paid her regardless because I’m not heartless and didn’t want to waste her time, but it’s a shame they don’t think about their clients that way... 😒😤😡

  My appointment was set, and I arrived and there were 4 other people ahead of me. When it was time to get my hair done, there was no wash before the retwist/interlock. It was so tight that it felt like my dreads were being ripped out of my scalp. I have been untwisting to prevent damage, and doing everything I can to stop the severe itching that followed the next day from being too tight. I owe myself and my wallet a major apology for this abuse. Needless to say, I will not be returning to pay over $100 for dreads ever again.
