  It is one of the bank that after 40 days after Hurricane Maria you couldn't even take out money from the ATM machine you can't even speak to a respresentative on the phone the phone aren't working compare to other bank in the Island . You were left with having money in your account and not being able to use you it .Even if you were in another State or country you still couldn't take money from your account.Be Aware !!!!!!!
