::I really liked this hotel. It has so many corners that you can isolate yourself to focus on your work, better than being stuck in your room. It's also clean and the building workmanship is great.

::Stayed for 6 nights August 2017. Location is good if you want to visit west/central part of the island, close to highway. Hotel common areas were nice. Room was nice. Pool is very small. They do not have HBO (event though they said they did). They have HBO2, so had to travel 1/2 hour to cousin's house to see favorite show. Housekeeping had issues: didn't clean room one day and left door to room ajar the next day. Complained to front desk and they said they would give me a discounted rate for one night. But instead they charged an extra $155 for that night (hidden right in the middle of a 2-page bill) and never told me they were doing that. Went to PR for funeral so wasn't really paying attention to billing. Unfortunately, didn't realize it until after Hurricane. Called their main Billing Dept. in Oklahoma. They couldn't do anything until PR systems were back up. Followed up 3-4 times. They always say they would call me after systems were up and running but never did. 7 months later, now they're telling me that the extra charge was because we had extra people in the room. There are 3 beds and we had 3 people! At no point in our stay did they say there will be extra charges for over 2 people. Still trying to get refund. BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES ON BILL!

::Nice place to stay. Excellent location, you can take the expressway 22 or road #2 in less than a minute. In front you have the hospital, pharmacy and a little shopping center. Is near the outlets if you want to do some shopping. Also have the Casino Atlantico and Longhorn by side. Good buffet breakfast. If you want to explore the northwest area is a good choice. It's very clean, organized and well decorated rooms.
