  The worst experience I have ever had. My husband and I booked the master bedroom for one night. In order to book a room, we showed up at the property since the phone number listed online was not working. The person cleaning the property instructed me to call the property Owner. I booked the master room over the phone, I show up in the evening only to find that the light fixtures didn't work and the AC didn't work. The Owner instructed the person looking after the place to relocate us to a different room. Needless to say, the second room was not what we paid for. I complained about the cleanliness of the room and the Owner hung up the phone on me after saying that these conditions are to be expected because the property is located on the 'country side'. There was poop on the bed and on multiple spots on the floor. We were relocated to a different room and the conditions were exactly the same but with the addition of cockroaches. The Owner was the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. She yelled over the phone, she mentioned more than once that she did not care about our experience, that the property is always in perfect condition and that she had no intention on refunding our money. I asked her a few times to please listen to our concerns and to talk to the person looking after the property since he could confirm the condition of the rooms. She hung up again. My husband and I expressed our frustrations to the guy in the property and left. It's worth mentioning that we never lost our cool and remained extremely professional in our conversation with the Owner and the guy at the property. She was so disrespectful. She called us liars and said that if we wanted our money back, we should plead the case with our bank (whatever that means), Hours later, we get a text from the Owner saying that she would refund the money since she saw pictures of the rooms. She said she thought I was exaggerating and she blamed her staff. She never apologized for the manner in which she spoke to us and mistreated us. I would advise anyone reading this to stay as far away from this place as possible. This place is not worth your money and the Owner is not worth your time. The pictures attached show the conditions of the rooms in the lower floors. It was disgusting.

  Effectivement, eau toujours tiède voir froide mais la propriétaire dit que c'est normal 😕. En ce qui concerne les chambres, c'est propre. En ce qui concerne l'extérieur, c'est limite dans l'entretien ! La piscine n'est pas chauffée et n'est pas nettoyer correctement, le bar à l'arrière est tout casser! Beau de loin. Il faut savoir que la propriétaire nous a déloger pendant 4 jours (réserver 10!)dans un logement vraiment déplorable alors que nous avions réservé 7 mois avant et régler. La raison? Quelqu'un a voulu réserver toutes les chambres et elle aurait perdu de l'argent 😠 booking n'a rien pu faire soi disant et nous avons fait que de déménager pendant notre séjour ! Inadmissible !
