  Buenas, solo quiero decirles que he estado varias veces en Palmas del Mar y Maria es a la quien siempre le rento. A veces he ido con mis hijos y nietos siempre hay cunas y todo arreglado para nuestras vacaciones. Siempre es un placer tratar con ella es servicial y agradable. las casas son maravillosas las decoraciones preciosas y hemos pasado unas vacaciones deliciosas. Se lo recomiendo a todas las personas que renten con Maria es sabe su negocio y como atenderlo a uno. I just wanted to say that I have been to Palmas del Mara couple of times with my children and grandchildren. I have always rented from maria since she knows her business well and is always eager to please the client. She has gotten us cribs for the babies and has made everything very pleasant.

  Mi esposo y yo alquilamos una propiedad en Palmas del Mar y nos encantó. La pasamos super bien, muy buen servicio y disponibilidad, en general todo fue excelente.

  We had a fabulous stay at Casa Palmas, in Palmas del Mar. Highly reccomend the resort, the service is exelent and definitively would stay again in a future.

  The owner of Luxury Villa Rentals, Maria, is not a realtor in the American sense of the word. She doesn't help negotiate any issues that might arise with a rental or help fix problems (she actually causes them by not responding). She advertises properties on classifieds, shows them and then pockets the commission... We were lucky to have a great homeowner that we deal with directly, which is difficult for both parties, but still lucky considering the alternative. I would highly suggest working with a more well-known and respectable realtor in Palmas Del Mar who is willing to act as a go-between and helpful ally (with the utility companies, PHA, etc), especially if you're American moving to Puerto Rico and unable to speak Spanish.

  Its been over a month since our contract was up with "Luxury Villa Rentals" and Maria will not return emails or phone calls about the $1700 her company owes us for our security deposit and electric deposit. The people that own/operate this company are thieves and should be thrown in jail for grand theft!! Words of advice to anyone entertaining the the thought of renting property from "Luxury Villa Rentals"-- RUN AS FAST AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
