  Suppose that you travel from the south side of the island to PenFed bank at fort Buchanan and you or your wife need a rest room to take a leak and the supervisor or manager tells you that they don't have bathrooms for their costumers. Can you imagine what is going to happen when you start to make a deal or transaction and you are about to explode. What type of regulations do they have to deny a common service. I can't imagine what type of service to expect from people whose common sense of service is obsolete, Dishumanitize and internetize. This is the reason that many places shutdown and disappear. GOOD LUCK PEN FED PUERTO RICO. 2019 not to far away to be history.
