  I've been calling their phone for 4 days in order to get test results for work, and still no one has answered.

  Horrible Service. They are so rude and unprofessional. Such an embarrassment to Puerto Rico. Horrible Horrible Servce. Wow I never saw such an unprofessional Government facility.

  Don't answer phone. No option for English. Your a government facility sad hopefully I'll get a call back In like 10 years

  They purposely don't pick up the phones! When you finally get someone on the phone they don't want to help you!! Terrible customer service and should not be responsible for such important documents.
