::This was my first time being in Puerto Rico and I went with my family. I absolutely loved the resort. It has a clean beach, clean pool area and clean hotel all around. The staff was super friendly. The room was a great size and it also comes with a kitchen which is great if your looking to minimize your spending. However, they also have a selection of restaurants. The hotel offers a casino, water sports on the beach, visits to local tourist destinations, a gym, a spa, laundry rooms and much more. I’d have to say though the gym was super small. I happened to be there for the Fourth of July and the resort had a live band and fireworks. It was amazing! If your looking to spend some time to relax and do absolutely nothing.. this is definitely a great resort to chose from. You won’t be disappointed!

::The best vacation I have experienced! What a wonderful resort. I felt like I was in a post card all week lol. Excellent service as well they make you feel important and welcomed. Everything was beyond my expectations. Room service also had excellent food. We will definitely be back next year. What a fantastic experience!

::I have stayed in more luxurious hotels, but I must give credit to Wyndham and this property. It is located in a great location close to many outdoor activities. We were only 35 minutes away from snorkeling, zip lining and more. The staff was friendly and although fully vaccinated, I didn’t mind the protocols to help those that might be at risk. The restaurants were good, but expensive. The beach and pools were in good order.. although it’s not a pristine beach. The water was very murky during our stay. I would recommend easier instructions on how to get on and off properly including adding a shuttle to local restaurant areas and shopping for FREE. I recommend and you will not be disappointed!

::I absolutely LOVED this resort. From the cleanliness, to the friendly staff, it was amazing. For my son and I this was our first time to Puerto Rico. When we go back we will definitely be staying at the Grand Mar! I accidentally booked a king room and they switched it no problem to a double queen. The view was amazing. The food was great. Overall the resort def made our stay better! Thank you all so much for your hospitality and kindness. I can not wait to go back!!!

::The hotel is beautiful but the staff is what makes this place stand out. Everyone is amazingly polite and they make you feel at home. It was hard to point out any one person but there is a concierge name Carlos Hernandez that went well out of his way. Juan a server at the main restaurant is the guy to see. He really made me feel at home and made me want to stay and hang out. They truly take customer service to a different level and as a business owner, I will definitely promote the same values that Grand Rio Mar exude. I almost forgot Tayranette, always really sweet and welcoming on the phone. We coordinated a last minute dinner reservation with her and Carlos helping. Everyone was great.
