::Horrible! Power goes out weekly. They don't believe you when you call. Total incompetence! They cannot even find your account number and when they finally send a tech he sits in his truck for a half hour and then leaves. Phones are busy and if you do get through they do not generate a work order for hours. The website is not updated. Clearly they are manipulating the amount of time it takes to resolve outages. Can't wait till I go all solar and the AEE can go scratch. This so called company needs to be privatized so the inefficiencies can be addressed.
