  Les doy 5 estrellas. No vivo allí y pedí flores para mi tía en el hospital. Su cirugía fue pospuesta, por lo que se olvidó de llevarlos al hospital. Ellos intentaron la entrega. Recibí avisos por correo electrónico en cada paso del camino. Incluso me contactaron después de horas. ¡Es un excelente servicio al cliente! Comunicación rápida y excelente. Y su ramo todavía se veía hermoso cuando lo consiguió un par de días después. Tenían un precio razonable y es un placer hacer negocios con ellos. Como no vivo cerca, fue un alivio trabajar con personas confiables. Hermosas flores. ¡Mi tía era muy feliz! ¡¡¡Altamente recomendado!!! :) I give them 5 stars. I don't live there and ordered flowers for my aunt in the hospital. Her surgery was postponed, so she missed getting them in the hospital. They did attempt delivery. I got email notices every step of the way. They even contacted me after hours. That's excellent customer service! Prompt and great communication. And her bouquet still looked beautiful when she got it a couple days later. They were reasonably priced and a pleasure doing business with. Since I don't live close by, it was a relief to work with reliable people. Beautiful flowers. My aunt was Very Happy! Highly Recommend!!! :)
