  Great people. Very helpful. Be sure to visit the jail behind the facility. There is also an art gallery if you enjoy that sort of thing. It's also air conditioned which is a nice change.

  Closed, and if you try to use the bathroom you're stopped. Well, we were at least Others were allowed in. No other public facilities except for a very nasty set of portable potties. Definitely not helping tourism.
