  On Jan 24 2018 I was charged $90 more than was stated upfront. If I could I would give them no stars. I also had to wait for over an hour for someone to help me. I was told I had to use their insurance by law when I had my own. And charged $5/day for tolls I wasn't going to use.These people are scammers Don't rent from them.

  Very bad experience, the website and business phone number do not work. I was waiting for the shuttle for 1 hr and 15min and never arrived. I ended up renting somewhere else and they still charged for the rental. This kind of business are the cause that the tourisism in Puerto Rico keep declining.

  Worst car rental agency ever!!! Never rent here!! There cars are not in conditions to drive!! Cars are dirty!! They charge you $6.95 daily for the toll!! At the end they have too many fees at the invoice!!

  Despite of the negative reviews; I rented back in 2016. The staff was friendly and the service was great. No complaints here.

I got an old car that barely made it to my destination, then I was charged $53 for tolls when it doesn't even cost that much. These people are rip off. I was supposed to get a car from u-save but they past me to nu. They are all rip off. Don't rent from them. It is not worth the time nor the money.
